Your responsibilities will include:
Surveillance:
Maintain a watchful eye over assigned areas, promptly identifying and addressing any suspicious activity or security breaches.
Access Control:
Monitor entry and exit points, verifying credentials and ensuring only authorized individuals gain access to restricted areas.
Patrols:
Conduct regular patrols of premises, both on foot and via vehicle, to deter crime and ensure the safety of personnel and property.
Emergency Response:
Act swiftly and decisively in response to emergencies, following established protocols to minimize risk and ensure the safety of all involved.
Report Writing:
Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and thoroughly, maintaining detailed logs for future reference.
Customer Service:
Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients, visitors, and employees, answering questions and addressing concerns with tact and diplomacy.
Qualifications:

Security Credentials:
Valid security guard license or certification as required by state regulations.
Vigilance:
Keen observational skills and the ability to remain alert and attentive at all times.
Communication Skills:
Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with diverse individuals.
Problem-Solving Ability:
Proven capability to assess situations quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by operational needs.
