Global Automotive plastic part supplier seeks solid management experience with plastic molded part manufacturing to oversee all plant operations.
Duties:
High degree of interaction with high profile customers. Ensures that effective and positive customer relations and services are developed and maintained
Directs operations to ensure cost effectiveness and consistency with prescribed quality and performance standards.
Foster and operate in a continuous improvement environment.
Initiate and lead Kaizen events.
Requirements:
BS Degree in Technical field.
7+ years of operations experience with a track record of success with automotive, aerospace or similar high quality assurance plastic molding.
Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen experience.
Solid track record in use of ERP software systems.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
