Duties:
High degree of interaction with high profile customers. Ensures that effective and positive customer relations and services are developed and maintained
Directs operations to ensure cost effectiveness and consistency with prescribed quality and performance standards.
Foster and operate in a continuous improvement environment.
Initiate and lead Kaizen events.
Requirements:
BS Degree in Technical field.

years of operations experience with a track record of success with automotive, aerospace or similar high quality assurance plastic molding.
Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen experience.
Solid track record in use of ERP software systems.
