Bartender - PT/R
Responsible for the beverage service to bar guests and Beverage/Food Servers in an assigned service station ensuring efficient and prompt service for restaurant customers.
o Responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic beverage and/or non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to established recipes and procedures, responsible for mixing and serving beverages in a service station capacity to Beverage/Food Servers in a prompt and efficient manner.
o Accurately account for all revenue related to the sale or service of beverage products, responsible for receiving, issuing and keeping necessary records of liquor and supplies.
o Knowledge of the Dram Shop Act and Bartender's responsibilities and rights under it.
o Knowledge of all NYS Lottery, gaming and beverage regulations.
